Care Planning Recording a PEEPs Assessment
This guide will cover recording a PEEPs assessment within Care Control Cloud

Written guide
- Enter the Care Planning App.
- Select Record under Record Care Plan Information.
- View More Options.
- Scroll down until you see PEEPs Assessment and select Launch.
- Choose the Service User you wish to record the PEEPs Assessment for and then select Continue.
- Select the Awareness of Fire Evacuation from the drop-down list and the Fire Zone the Service User is within.
- Enter all of the information into the text boxes. You can use Margo AI to help Extend and Enhance.
- You can View Care Reviews, Flag to Care Review or simply Save Changes when done.
