How to Reset Launcher
A new Reset button has been added to Launcher, allowing users to quickly reset the system so that a different staff member can log in and begin using it.
This is particularly useful in shared device environments, where multiple staff may need to access the system throughout the day. Instead of manually closing the session or waiting for timeouts, staff can now simply tap the Reset button to return the Launcher to its starting point. This ensures a smooth handover, helps prevent login confusion, and supports secure, efficient use of shared devices.

Start by launching the app with the Continue button.

Acknowledge the Confidentiality Statement to move forward securely.

Enter your PIN to unlock access to the Care Control Cloud System.

Use the Reset button at any time to end your session and allow another staff member to log in.

You will now be back on the Launcher screen ready to log in.
