Introduction

Before you begin: Care Control Verify must be enabled for your care service before you can start using it. Please contact the Care Control Support Team to request activation of Verify for your service.

Device compatibility: Care Control Verify is currently only available for Android tablet devices through the Google Play Store. You'll need a compatible tablet to download, install and register the application.

Once Care Control Verify has been enabled, you can configure facial recognition, update staff profile pictures and register your device using a One-Time Code.
