MargoAI Analysis on Pocket

This new feature allows you to generate instant care summaries directly within Pocket, helping staff get up to speed quickly and confidently.

It’s especially useful when agency staff or new team members are working with service users they’re unfamiliar with. By using MargoAI Analysis in Pocket, staff can run focused reports on a chosen service user – including care plans, care reviews, and associated notes – all within a defined time frame and tailored to that individual’s care journey.

This feature improves continuity of care, supports safer handovers, and helps reduce the risk of missed information. It also saves time – giving your team a clear, AI-powered overview of a service user’s care journey before they even step into the room.

It’s optional – but for any service juggling shift-based or temporary staffing, it can make a huge difference.

Once launching the Pocket app, select a service user.

Here you will see the MargoAI icon next to the service users picture, select this.

By selecting this, you will be running a quick summary of your chosen service users support plan.

Then, you will see this screen appear. Click the ‘Start’ button to run a summary of the service users support plan.

Margo will then create a report on the service users support plan. This includes a summary, detail and a conclusion when you scroll down the report.

Another example of where you can use MargoAI is within Care Reviews. Click the ‘Care Plan’ button to get started.

Then, select the ‘Care Review’ button.

You will then see the MargoAI icon at the bottom of the page, select this button.

You will now have the opportunity to run a summary of the care review for your chosen service user.

Once it has pulled through the report, the summary will appear. You will be able to see the summary, the detail and conclusion.

An area where you will also find MargoAI Analysis is within the service users notes. First, let’s click the ‘Notes’ button.

You will then see the MargoAI icon at the bottom of the screen, select this button.

Once clicking the ‘Start’ button, this will then pull through the information to create the summary for that particular service user.

You will then see the summary, detail and conclusion for the notes that have been written by the staff over the last 3 days.
