    Memory Box

    This guide covers how to access a service users Memory Box from their Care Plan within Care Control Cloud. 

    This area of the platform is currently Read Only.

    From the Care Plan Summary screen, open the Other Areas menu.

    Select Memory Box.

    The Memory Box contains recorded information which the service user may find comforting. This could be a link to a favourite song, or photo from their youth.

    Memory Box items can be filtered by date range.
