Multi-Record on Mobile
This guide will cover how to use the new Multi-Record tool on Care Control Mobile, allowing you to record multiple monitoring areas at once, for the same service user.

After signing into Care Control Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

Here, select Multi Recording from the options along the top of the screen.

A list of your service users will be displayed.
Select one and press Continue.

The Multi-Record tool will open for the selected service user.
A list of Outstanding Tasks will show for the service user, including any monitoring areas that are due or overdue.
Choose one to begin.
Please note: currently, only some monitoring areas are available to record via the Multi-Record tool. More monitoring areas will be available soon.

The monitoring recording screen will open. Complete the monitoring form as normal.

After completing the form and building the comment, press Add Record.

The monitoring area will move into the Recorded Items section. This section can be thought as a basket for monitoring that is ready to complete.
The monitoring will not be submitted for the service user until later in the process.

We can now choose another monitoring area to record.

In the same way as above, the monitoring form will open and can be recorded as normal.
After completing the form, press Add Record.

Once again, the monitoring will move into the Recorded Items.
When you are ready to finish recording for this service user, press Submit to complete the process.
After doing this, the monitoring will be submitted for the service user and display correctly on their Care Plan.
