MUST Assessments
This guide will cover how to record a MUST Assessment on Care Control Cloud. This monitoring helps identify risk of malnutrition in service users via weight loss patterns and illness compared to their BMI. Accurate weight and height measurements need to be recorded on a service users Care Plan for this monitoring to work effectively.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common recording options will be displayed. Here, select More Options.

A list of all recording options will be displayed. Here, select MUST Assessment.

Select a Service User you wish to record for and press Continue.

Begin by setting a BMI Score if the system has not already set one based upon recent height and weight recordings.
Then, select Weight Loss Score and Acute Disease Effect from the drop down lists. This should generate a risk score and guidance as shown in the screenshot.
After completing the form, press Save Changes.
