OM Bulk - Remove Access Roles

This guide will cover how to bulk remove access roles from your staff members on Care Control Cloud, via the Organisational Management tool on Care Control Windows.

Within the Organisational Management tool on Care Control Windows, open the Manage Users module.

From the User Overview page, select Bulk Changes.

The bulk changes configuration window will open. Select Care Control Cloud User Records, then, Remove Access Roles.

Press Continue.

The top of the window contains options to filter the list of staff members on the left hand side. Press Refresh after adding any filters.

Next, select the staff members you wish to remove access roles from on the left hand list and press Add. This will move them over to the right hand list.

Press Continue.

Next, select the access roles you wish to remove and press Add Role to move them into the removal list on the right hand side.

After doing so, press Process.

Press Yes to confirm the changes.
