One-Time-Codes
This guide will cover how to set up Care Control Mobile using a One Time Code. To set up One Time Codes, please see the dedicated guide.

After installing and opening Care Control Mobile, select Step 3 – Ready to Start? Touch Here!

Select Existing Registration then press Continue.

Enter your One Time Code and press Continue.

Finally, enter a device name. This can be anything that identifies the device, for example Managers Tablet. Then press Continue.

You can now enter your PIN to access Care Control Mobile.
