Print Care Plans on Cloud
This guide will cover how to access and use the Print Care Plans tool on Care Control Cloud. This includes how to build printing packs for use in the future.

From within the Admin application onCare Control Cloud, the Print Care Plan button can be found in the top right corner of the screen, next to your profile image.
Press the printer icon to continue.

Begin by selecting the service user whose Care Plan you wish to print.
Press Select Service User.

A list of the service users within your site, and organisation, will be displayed.
You can filter by CSG, or, search for a specific service user.
Click on a service user to continue.

Next, select whether you want to build a new print pack (Manual Print), or, use an existing pack (Print Pack).
In this example, we will use Manual Print to build a new print pack.
Next, press Add Care Plan Areas.

A list of Care Plan Areas available for printing will be displayed.
Simply tick the check boxes on the right hand side to add them to this print.
Note: the ‘Supports Blank Doc’ column refers to whether a care plan area can be printed without any data – for completion by hand.

After choosing the areas of the Care Plan you wish to print, press Confirm Selection.

The chosen areas will now display. Here, you can choose the number of copies to print, as well as if you want to print a blank version of the area (no data – for completing by hand).

When you are happy with your print configuration, you can continue to Print Care Plan, or, you can Save as New Pack.
Saving as a new pack will allow you use this configuration in the future, for all your service users. This can be useful for items you regularly print together, such as medical documentation and risk assessments.

Saving as a new pack will require you to enter a name for the pack.
After doing so, press Save New Pack.

Now, when setting up a new print, choose Print Pack and select your pack from the drop-down list.

After choosing your pack, its associated Care Plan Areas will load as they were previously configured.
Press Print Care Plan to complete the process.
