Recording Memory Box Items
This guide will cover how to add Memory Box items on Care Control Mobile. This feature allows photos, videos, and website links to be added to a service users Care Plan which may be memorable or interesting for the service user. An example of a memory box item could be an old family photo, a video of a grandchild or a link to a favourite song!

After logging into Care Control Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

Here, select More Options to view all recording tools.

Select Memory Box.

Select the service user you wish to record the memory for, then tap the camera icon to add a photo or video. You can also enter a description and URL website link. In this example, we are adding a service user’s favourite song!
Press Save Memory to finish the process.
