Admin Recreating a Risk Assement

This guide will cover recreating a Risk Assessment within Cloud.

Written guide

  1. Enter the Admin App by selecting the icon.
  2. Select Visit on the Care Planning tab.
  3. Click the Risk & Care Reviews drop-down.
  4. Select Generic Risk Assessments.
  5. Click Add New Risk Assessment.
  6. Now choose Existing Risk Assessment as Template.
  7. Choose the Template from the Select Template drop-down menu.
  8. Enter a name for it in the Risk Assessment text entry box.
  9. Click Save.
