Admin Recreating a Risk Assement
This guide will cover recreating a Risk Assessment within Cloud.

- Enter the Admin App by selecting the icon.
- Select Visit on the Care Planning tab.
- Click the Risk & Care Reviews drop-down.
- Select Generic Risk Assessments.
- Click Add New Risk Assessment.
- Now choose Existing Risk Assessment as Template.
- Choose the Template from the Select Template drop-down menu.
- Enter a name for it in the Risk Assessment text entry box.
- Click Save.
