    Sending & Receiving Messages on Pocket

    This guide will cover how to send and view messages to and from other staff members on Care Control Pocket.

    After signing into CC Pocket, open the menu by pressing the 3 lines in the top right corner.

    Here, select Staff Menu.

    Next, press Work with Messages

    An inbox containing recently received messages will be displayed. Here, you can open messages by selecting them, or send new messages by pressing New.

    Opening a received message will open a page with all the details and information. You can reply to the message directly from this screen by pressing Reply.

    Pressing ‘New’ from the inbox will open a blank message form. Begin by choosing the staff members who will receive the message. You can filter this by role and category.

    Next, complete the message contents in the dedicated box before pressing Send.
