Setting up Friends & Family Access
This guide will cover how to set up Family & Friend access. This feature allows family and friends of service users to view aspects of the care being provided by your organisation.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to Family & Friends, which can be found under the Communication tab.

A new window will open. Here, a list of currently set up accounts can be seen. To add a new one, press Add Record.

A blank form will open. Here, enter some details about the family member or friend of the service user. The security code will be generated after the record is saved.
Next, select the areas which you wish the user to have access to. When ticked, the feature will be switched on and visible to the user. A breakdown of each area can be seen below.
After doing so, press Save Record to complete the process.
