Site Selection Tool - Mobile

This guide will cover how to use the Site Selection Tool on Care Control Mobile. This feature allows users to switch between different sites within their organisation.

When setting up a Care Control Mobile device, select Existing Registration, then press Continue.

Next, enter your organisations Business Code, this usually begins BUS...

We recommend that you do not share your Business Code to staff members unless necessary, as it can give access to administrative features of Care Control. Instead, set up any devices that need Site Switching yourself.

After entering your code, press Continue.

Next, enter a Device Name, then, select the type of site switching you want to be available on this device.

If the device will be used by multiple staff members, we recommend selecting Shared Staff Access.

Press Continue.

Now, when staff launch Care Control Mobile on this device, they will be presented with a site selection screen. Here, they can load the site the wish to work on.

They will then be required to enter their PIN for the chosen site.

Pressing the House icon will return the user to the site selection screen.

If the device is only used by one administrative user, you can select Individual Console Access when setting up the Site Selection Tool.

This option will load the user to the Business Dashboard when Care Control Mobile is launched.

From the Business Dashboard, users can load specific sites by pressing the name at the top of the screen.

You can also configure the Auto Login options by pressing the Change button at the bottom of the screen.

Here, you can configure an access PIN and Password for when loading a site from the Business Dashboard. 

Press Save Changes if you make any amendments.
