Staff File Integrity Checks
This guide will cover how to access and view the Staff File Integrity Checks via the HR application on Care Control Cloud.

Staff File Integrity Checks can be found on the landing page of the HR Application within Care Control Cloud.
This tools analyses your staff records and identifies missing parts or areas that need renewing.

Checks are categorised by Errors and Warnings depending on their urgency to be resolved.
The chart displays the Top 10 staff members with the most warnings / errors. You can click on a staff member here to view more information.

On the right hand side, you can view the warning and errors by Category, or by Staff Member in a list view.

Clicking on a row will open more information about it.

Here, we selected a staff member. The list now shows all the warnings and errors for that staff member.
Press Show Filter Options to narrow down this list further.

Here, you can change the staff member, filter by category or by warning / error.
After adding or updating the correct information as highlighted in the warning / error detail, the alert will disappear from these lists.
