    The Home Status

    This guide will cover how to access and use the Home Status on Care Control Windows. This tool is at the centre of monitoring your service and keeping everything audited to meet your requirements.

    In the Administration of Care Control Windows, your status will appear at the top of the window. Click on it to view more information.

    The status is broken into different areas. A green tick indicates there are no issues and nothing due. An orange line means that something is due soon. A red cross means that something is overdue.

    In this case, we can see that there are Resident Tasks that have been missed.

    Here, we can see what has been missed and what is due soon.

    You can click on each item to action it.

    You can also view the home status from the admin dashboard.
