Using Body Maps on Mobile
This guide will cover how to add body maps to general notes using Care Control Mobile.

After signing into Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

Select General Note.

A blank form will open. Here you can select service users to complete a note for.
To add a body map, press the More Options button on the right-hand side of the screen.

A new screen will open. Here, tap the camera for more options.

A toolbar will open on the right-hand side of the screen. Tap the book icon to view body maps available on the system.

Tap on a body map to open it.

You can draw on the body map by toggling the Draw Mode switch in the top right of the screen.

Doing so will open a drawing toolbar on the right-hand side. You can free draw, add lines and arrows as well as text. Press Save to close the image.

A message will show to confirm saving the picture, press Yes.

You can now continue to fill out the rest of the note.
