Using QR Codes on Mobile
This guide will cover how to use QR Codes to record information for your service users on Care Control Mobile. When set up, selected monitoring can only be completed after scanning the QR code for each service user. This means that staff members will have to go to the QR code to scan and record.
Note: QR Codes must be set up on CC Windows, please see our dedicated guide.

After signing into Care Control Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

From this menu, select a monitoring area set-up for QR Codes. In this case, we will select Sleep Information.

A message will display confirming that this monitoring area required QR Code scanning.

In order to select service users, you are required to scan their QR Code. Press Show QR Code Scanner in the top right corner of the screen.

The device’s camera will open. Now you can scan the QR Code for the service user to select them.
After doing so, complete the monitoring form and response as required, then Save Changes.
