Viewing V-Book Survey Results
This guide will cover how to view and analyse quality survey results. This information can be useful for feedback and marketing purposes.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Quality Survey tool which can be found under the Communication tab.

A new window will open. Here, you can view the response analysis via the graph on the left-hand side of the window.

You can filter the information shown by Survey and by Question to view results from different data sets. Use the Refresh Analysis button to update the graph.

The Base Data tab shows individual responses, including the responder, the feedback (if given) and the score for the question.
Again, this can be filtered by Survey and by Question. Use the Refresh Analysis button to update the results.
These data sets can be printed and exported via the corresponding purple buttons at the bottom of the window.
