Visit Check-Out Errors

This guide will cover some common errors and what they mean when checking out of a client visit.

If staff don’t have Location Services switched on, when they check-out from a shift they’ll get the message “Error Checking Out – This has been reported.” – this doesn’t mean the check-out has failed, it just means that Location Services are switched off.
