Wellbeing Checks
This guide will cover how to record a Wellbeing Check on Care Control Cloud. This monitoring area can be used to record when staff check on your service users to note their general mood as well as any other observations.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common recording options will be displayed. Here, select Wellbeing Check.

First, select the service user from the grid on the left-hand side. Then, select a comment from the drop-down list.
You can then press Build Comment to move the selected information into the note. Alternatively, enter text manually into the Comment box.
Finally, press Save Changes.
