Sleep Information Recording
This guide will cover how to record Sleep Information on Care Control Cloud. This monitoring area can be used to record whether your service users are sleeping and to note any assistance given if necessary.

In the Care Planning application on Care Control Cloud, select Record Care Plan Information.

A list of common recording options will be displayed. Here, select Sleep Information.

A blank form will open. First, select the service user from the grid on the left hand side. Then, complete the ‘Build a Comment‘ options via the drop-down lists. This includes whether the service user is asleep or awake, and if any assistance was given.
You can then press ‘Build Comment‘ to move the information into the note. Alternatively, you can also manually enter text into the ‘Comment‘ box.
Finally, press ‘Save Changes‘.
