    At Care Control Systems, we’re dedicated to continually updating and enhancing our software to better serve your needs. While we have numerous updates to share with you, we’ve highlighted the top features that we believe will provide the most significant benefits for you.

    Care Control Cloud

    Review the changes to our cloud-based application

    Cloud Roster

    • Fixed an issue where “Assign visits outside of availability” setting would not correctly allow assigning of visits.
    • Added a new user preference setting for: Show Visits, Show Unassigned, Show Pending Authorisations.
    • Modified wording in some sections of the Roster to properly reflect those areas.
    • Removed the Staff Tab from the Unassigned Filter.

    Admin

    • Added a missing field to Care Plan Integrity Checks.
    • NEW: Analysis Reports features are now available in Cloud with access to 140 different reports.
    • NEW: QR Code Management is now available within Care Control Cloud.
    • Fixed an issue with Mental Capacity Template view.
    • Added the ability to Geocode Care Service Groups.

    Org Management

    • Fixed an issue which prevented user images from loading on the landing page.

    Consolidated Invoicing

    • Added an option to export invoice evidence to CSV or PDF format.
    • Updated the Clients tab to allow selection of contract hours and the specification of client assignment start and end dates.

    Care Planning

    • Made performance improvements to the Care Planning App home page.
    • Single Custom Forms will now display who last completed the form and at what time to avoid duplication.
    • Fixed an issue with Single Custom Forms not loading previous data correctly.

    HR

    • Fixed an issue with the Add Staff Form not resetting after saving.
    • Fixed an issue that would cause Holiday Booking to not complete.
    • Calculations for Holiday hours will now be performed correctly based on options.

    Application Performance Improvements

    • Fixed an issue where a home-care client would have a digit next to their reference number in their name.
    • Improved security of web applications.

    • Single Custom Forms now have a limited amendment after they have gone live. You cannot add or remove sections or questions, but you can edit questions or sections and amend the dependency’s and access controls and form settings in general including the output note.
    • Added Incident Type Placeholders to Single Custom Forms.
    • Corrected Security Targets in Organisational Management and Confidential Notes.
    • Fixed an issue with viewing Food Intake Analysis correctly.
