Application Performance Improvements

• Restored the Location Suffix to the service user display name for Home Care users. This was previously removed as empty or zero suffices were causing issues with the rostering system.
• Corrected an issue where the Personal Details page of care plans was crashing. This was due to unexpected characters in values for lists on the page.
• Corrected an issue where Bulk Starting monitoring was failing on returning service users.
• The process for staff leaving has been updated to ensure they are not still marked as the keyworker for any service users.
• Corrected an issue where some mandatory training courses were not showing for staff in their Staff Record in CC Cloud.
• The Key Safe Field in Support Plans will now accept alphanumeric codes.
