Every customer receives our Basic MargoAI Token Package, giving you access to powerful AI tools that save time, improve accuracy, and support better care delivery.
There are two types of tokens: One for Analysis, and one for the AI Commands (Extend, Enhance, Generate, Translate). Each comes with generous free usage. When your tokens run out, you can top up with an Advanced Token Bundle for just £50 + VAT.

When your tokens start to run low, you can top up with an Advanced Commands Token Bundle.
£50 + VAT gives you 10,000 tokens for each command (40,000 total)

You can top up at any time by purchasing an Advanced Token Bundle:

When you buy the Advanced Commands Token Bundle, you get 10,000 new tokens for each command – all for £50 + VAT.
As often as you like. There’s no limit on how many bundles you can buy, and no subscription – just pay as you go.
Tokens are only used when you run a MargoAI action:
For Analysis, each chat or insight uses tokens
For Commands, tokens are used when you Extend, Enhance, Generate or Translate a care note
You stay in full control of when and how you use them.

Once we receive your request, our Equipment Team will send an invoice to your service.
As soon as payment is received, your new tokens will be added to your account.
