    At Care Control Systems, we’re dedicated to continually updating and enhancing our software to better serve your needs. While we have numerous updates to share with you, we’ve highlighted the top features that we believe will provide the most significant benefits for you.

    Application Updates

    Application – Organisational Management

    • New release
    This release features the new feature of Organisational Management on Care Control Cloud. You will now be able to access the feature from the Your App slide-out tray and from My Hub.
    Application – Care Planning v0.10.0
     
    • Events in the calendar on Care Planning will now redirect you to the details of the event on the Admin page.
    • You can now add events to the calendar with the “Add Event” button on the Care Planning page.
    • Allocations on the Care Planning page will now show allocations assigned to your mapped staff record.

    Application – Admin v0.14.0

    • NEW: Added the care service group feature.
    • NEW: Added the system settings feature
    • Made tweaks to the look of the calendar feature.
    • Events that last all day are now pinned to the top of the calendar.
    • Clicking a day in the calendar will now take you to that day’s view.
    • Checklist assignments are now ordered alphabetically.
    • Added an option to “Select All” checklist assignment types.
    • Custom tasks can now be reactivated on the current day.
    • Staff members are now displayed with their role in the care note analysis.
    • Clients are now ordered by first name in the care note analysis.
    • The “Number of Notes” column can now be clicked to order notes in reverse.

    Application – HR v0.5.3

    • Attempting to book a holiday that overlaps with another holiday will now produce a warning.
    • Booking holiday now supports half-displays.
    • Added the option to view an existing holiday booking.
    • When viewing a specific staff member’s holiday, the calendar will filter to only show their holiday.
    • Added “View Rota” button to approved holidays.
    • Bradford Factor Analysis will now only take absences due to sickness into account.

    Application updates

    • Fixed an issue with drop down lists not appearing correctly in modals and slide-ups.
    • Fixed an issue where alerts were sometimes not appearing correctly.

    Care Control Pocket

    Application Updates

    • Added the ability to exclude Incident Recording.
    • Fixed an issue to allow non-care staff to record maintenance issues.
    • Added support for NFC Check-Ins.

    Care Control eMAR

    Review the changes to our medication based application

    • eMAR PRN Outcome Tasks is a new setting that generates a custom task for that service user requesting an outcome from that PRN medication. This setting will be off by default.
