Product Enhancement Form

Product Enhancement Form

At Care Control, we would like to support your requests and ideas to make our product better. That’s why we have introduced a new Enhancement Request Form to make it easier for customers to submit improvement ideas and to make sure every request is captured, reviewed fairly and responded to consistently.

The Enhancement Request Form is now the offical route for submitting enhancement suggestions for Care Control. Whether it’s a new feature idea, a workflow improvement or a change to an existing function, the form helps ensure your request reaches the right team with all the information we need to assess it properly.

Why we’re formalising enhancement requests:

As the number of customer suggestions continues to grow, we want to make sure:

  • every request is logged and not lost in emails or calls
  • we collect consistent information to access feasibility and impact
  • customers receive clearer updates and outcomes
  • decisions are made using a fair, transparent process

Formalising this process will help us prioritise enhancements more effectively and deliver improvements that benefit the widest range of users.

How the request form works:

On the Learning Hub, when you submit an enhancement request, it will:

  1. be logged and reviewed by the relevant team
  2. be assessed for requirement need, urgency, impact and feasibility
  3. be prioritised alongside other customer requests, operational needs and regulatory requirements

Where possible, we may contact you for clarification or more detail to ensure we fully understand what you’re asking for.

How often requests are reviewed:

Enhancement requests are reviewed on a regular cycle. Requests are grouped, assessed, and prioritised as part of our ongoing product planning process.

How decisions are communicated:

Once a request has been reviewed, we’ll communicate the outcome clearly. This may include:

  • confirmation that the request has been accepted for future development
  • a request for more information
  • or a decision not to proceed at this time

If a request is declined, we will provide the reason wherever possible and potentially keep it for consideration at a later stage.
