At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.
General Performance Improvements
General Performance Improvements:
Admin
- Corrected an issue which was causing the Care Review Access Log report to return less than 90 days of data.
- Updated the Mental Capacity Assessment Creation area to ensure response types appear in the order they would be recorded.
- Updated the Cloud Roster Live Rota Extract report to included allocation information.
- Corrected an issue would cause the “Active Consents and Capacity Assessments” integrity check to be raised if a service users Capacity Assessments were expired early.
Care Planning
- Corrected an issue with printing Generic Risk Assessments.
- Corrected an issue which could cause the monitoring frequency narrative to not match the actual frequency of the monitoring area.
Care Control Windows
- Corrected an issue which was stopping Care Reviews from being started.
