Care Control Cloud
Care Planning:
- NEW: We have added a ‘Add New Room’ button within the Edit Care plan section – where you can assign this to the service user. View Guide here.
General Performance Improvements
Care Planning:
- Added new options for ‘Preferred Method of Contact’.
- Amended the service user list generation when selecting ‘Change Service User’.
- Corrected an issue where loading the list of available recording areas could load an empty screen.
- Corrected an issue when linking a custom monitoring recording to a Health Issue.
Admin:
- Corrected an issue with Personal Allowance calculations if the record descriptions are empty.
- Updated the Care Plan Integrity Checks to exclude Care Reviews created from accepted Proposed Changes.
HR:
- Corrected an issue where checking into a visit multiple times would create excessive export records.
- Corrected an issue where holiday request checks for minimum hours requested was incorrectly being flagged.
Care Control Mobile:
- Corrected an issue when reviewing a Health Issue if the review frequency is set to ‘Every 6 months’.
