Admin Setting up Pocket Access in Cloud

This guide will cover how to set up Pocket Access in Cloud.

Written guide

  1. Within the ‘My Hub’ dashboard, click the Admin app.
  2. Next, click the ‘Visit’ button under Communication.
  3. Then, click the drop down toggle next to ‘More Areas’.
  4. Next, click the option ‘Staff Pocket’.
  5. Here you will be able to see each staff member, allowed devices and registered devices.
  6. To set up pocket access, click the ‘Set up Pocket Access’ button.
  7. You also have the option to look into Pocket Settings by clicking the ‘Pocket Settings’ app.
  8. Here you can change the default number of devices.
  9. Once doing this, click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
  10. You have now successfully set up Pocket access.
