10: Issues, Notifications and Alerts
Core to Roster Cloud is the Issues Dashboard, showing you at one glance the issues affecting the Roster under your control.
Looking forward two years, you can see where you are going to exceed plan limits, cover shifts, need extra resources, resolve agency requests and more.
Being aligned to what is happening with your workforce has never been easier!
9: Working Hours Controls
User controls have been built into Roster Cloud from day one.
This allows you control for who can see a rota, a plan, make adjustments, add agency records, add shifts, delete shifts, override limits etc. You are in charge of who can do what!
8: Granular Security
Controlling Visa workers and workers on fixed hours contracts has never been easier with Roster Cloud. When a worker has Visa controls set in Cloud HR or they are on a fixed contracted hours, Cloud Roster will warn and/or prevent you exceeding hours.
7: Analysis
With our new plan and adjustments structure, providing analysis on plan Vs reality has never been easier.
Included within Cloud Insights are a suite of Roster Reports to provide in-depth analysis of how your rostering process is performing.
6: CC Integration
Of course Roster Cloud integrates with all our existing CC Applications. Whether that be allowing staff to view and cover shifts on Pocket, pulling data directly into Payroll, fully integrating with Facial Recognition or ensuring that holiday accruals are being maintained with CC HR Cloud. Integration is key so look out for more in the future!
5: Constraints
Linked to multiple Rotas, constraints allow you to define which staff can work with which rota. Making the administration of a rota much easier. Suggested staff for a rota will always fit that rota.
4: Multiple Rotas
In Roster Cloud you can have any number of rotas with different week rotations. Rotas can be combined into Views which can then be printed and distributed.
Staff can be given responsibility to manage different rotas allowing you to break up the administration overhead of rota management easily across your organisation.
You want a staff member to just manage the Kitchen rota? No problem!
3: Limits
Limits allow you to place a cap on the number of hours assigned per shift, per day for specific roles. This control allows you to be in control of overtime and off plan working. Never again will extra staff be on shift without it being planned!
Limits is the single most important feature that will help your organisation save serious amounts of money.
In my care home this will be switched on immediately to give me confidence that costs are controlled!
2: Fast Large Rota Creation
We have added tools and screens to short cut large rota creation. This allows for fast creation of rolling rotas for multiple care and administration staff. Creating a rota with hundreds of shifts takes seconds!
In phase 2 of the Cloud Roster release, (December 2024) we will be introducing AI workforce analysis to provide suggestions and analysis on rota structure to ensure your planned rota is optimal when compared to the industry norms.
