    Using the PIN Services Tool on Pocket

    This guide covers how staff members can change their PIN number using the PIN Services Tool on Care Control Pocket.

    After signing into Pocket, open the menu using the icon in the top-right hand corner of the screen. Here, select Staff Menu.

    From this menu, select Other Options.

    From this menu, select PIN Services.

    Enter a new PIN for use on Care Control. Press Update to complete the process.
