This guide will cover how to record from the Care Plan on the new Care Control Cloud platform. This feature allows for quick information entry from within the Care Plan.

In the Care Plan Summary, select Recording Areas on the right-hand side of the screen.

A list of monitoring areas relevant to the service user will be displayed. At the top, you can record a General Note or Incident. This is followed by a selection of Recently Used recording areas and then All Other Areas.
