Switching Service Users
This guide will cover how to switch between service user Care Plans on the new Care Control Cloud system.

When in the Care Planning section of CC Cloud, there are 2 ways to navigate between service users.
First, you can scroll through using the arrows in the top-left corner of the window, next to the service user photo.
Secondly, you can view all by pressing Change Resident.

A service user directory will open. Here, you can filter by Care Service Group (CSG) as well as search by name.
Click on the Service User from the list to open their Care Plan.

The search directory also has a tab labelled ‘Global’. This allows you to search for service users at other sites in the same organisation.
