Mobile vs Windows Home-Status Differences
If you have an issue where Windows is showing all the outstanding tasks but Mobile is showing all green ticks. Check the following:

Pocket Settings – When going into Advanced Stuff > System Settings > Pocket Settings, Make sure that the CC Pocket Home Page is set to Resident Select.

Check the SU’s Personal Details Page – Make sure that they all have a Type and that the Forename of the SU is not too long.
