    Unsupported iOS Device

    If your struggling to download an App, or an App is refusing to update, your device may be unsupported by the latest iOS.
    With each iOS update Apple releases a full list of devices that are able to download it.  If you don’t see your model on the list, and its more than 5-6 years old, it’s likely the iPad is too old.

    First confirm the iPad model for your device:#

    Then, check whether your device is supported by the latest iOS:

    Finally, check that your device has enough free storage in order to install an app. 

    If your device is updated with the latest iOS version and has enough free storage, you will be able to install any Care Control application.
