Viewing & Serving Food on Mobile
This guide will cover how to view and serve kitchen orders on Care Control Mobile. This needs to be done after food orders have been taken, and before food intake is recorded.

After signing into Care Control Mobile, select Your Staff Menu.

From these options, select Kitchen Management.

Next, select View Kitchen Orders.

A list of your service users and their orders will be displayed here. If no orders exist, simply tap on the service user to set an order.

Choose an option from the meal list and press Save Choice.

The meal order will now be displayed. When the meal has been served from the kitchen, tick the meal using the tick-box on the right-hand side of the screen, and then press Toggle Served.

The meal order will now be marked as served.
