This guide will cover recording a holiday for staff in Care Control Cloud.

From within the HR App select Visit on Attendance & Holiday.

From the Attendance & Holiday page select Visit underneath Record Holiday.

This page will show all of the staff members available to Record a Holiday. You can filter through the staff members by Department and Only Show my Team Members which shows team members you manage. You can also Search for specific staff. Select the Update button to refresh the page.
Select the staff member by using the Select Box next to the staff member’s name.
Once selected click Continue.

You can now see the Record holiday box. From here you can see the how many hours the staff member has with Leave Remaining their full Allowance and how many hours they’ve already Booked in which Year.
Enter the Start Date for the Holiday with the Start Time and the End Date and End Time. It will calculate the amount of hours in the Total underneath.
Select Check to see if there are any issues with booking the holiday. If you would like to ignore the issues select Please acknowledge the errors above.
