How to Create a New Permission Role
Setting up Permission Roles in the Org Management App allows you to control who can access and edit different areas of your Care Control system.
This is especially useful for making sure staff only see what’s relevant to their role, keeping your system tidy, secure, and compliant.

Open the Org Management App

Select to Visit the Permissions page

Click Create Permission Role
By default you are creating an Admin permission. To select a different area to create a new permission role within, choose it from the tabs at the top of the page before selecting Create Permission Role.

Enter the name of the permission role in this box

Select the box so users with this role can read this area only (not edit)
This will select all of the sections within this area. You can further drill down and select individual sections by clicking the down arrow next to the area you wish to look further in to.

Click this button to allow users with this role to edit the selected area

Click Save to create the role
