Hotfixes September 10th 2025

At Care Control Systems, we’re committed to ensuring our software runs as smoothly and reliably as possible. While we regularly release a number of fixes and improvements, we’ve highlighted the key hotfixes that we believe will have the greatest impact on your day-to-day use.

Care Control Mobile

  • Fixed issues with Checklists data not being cleared down and transferring to other forms.

Care Control Launcher

  • We have added a Sign Out Button to Landing Screen of Launcher. This enables staff who now use launcher to Sign Out of work using this App.

General Performance Improvements

  • Friends & Family setup is now quicker and easier – we’ve simplified the process so it all happens automatically in the background.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing text to overflow on certain boxes when viewing them on the Service Status page.
  • Fixed an issue where some sites had the Latitude and Longitude inverted on their Organisational Management setup.
  • You can now see Single Custom Form Incidents in both Insights Incident Analysis and the Admin/Margo AI reports.
    Roster fixes mean sites without breaks can now use limits correctly.
  • Roster limits now correctly exclude unpaid break times from calculations.
    Check In/Check Out issues are now included for people using the new Dom Care Roster.
  • New staff can now be assigned shifts right away, even in their first week.
    Risk Assessments now display correctly in CC Cloud.
  • The process that creates PainChek care notes has been improved.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Analysis Reports to crash within Care Control Windows.
