How to add a new enquiry to CRM
This guide explains how to add a new enquiry within the CRM app. Creating an enquiry allows you to record the details of a prospective service user, capture information about the enquirer, and begin the pre-assessment process.
You will enter key information including contact details, funding arrangements, preferred site location, and proposed fees. Once saved, the enquiry can be progressed by requesting a pre-assessment and selecting the appropriate processing site.
Following these steps ensures all required information is recorded accurately and the prospective service user can move smoothly through the onboarding process.

Enter the CRM app
Choose Add Enquiry
The enquiry number, enquiry date and who recorded it will be automatically filled in
You can choose which site the enquirer would prefer using this drop-down list
Fill in the details of the enquirer within these boxes
Now enter the details of the prospective service user within these boxes
Choose who the funding body is
Now enter how much they are willing to spend on a fee per month
Click Save when done
When finished click Request Pre-Assessment
Choose the site you wish to process the prospective service user onto
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the pre-assessment request
