At Care Control Systems, we’re dedicated to continually updating and enhancing our software to better serve your needs. While we have numerous updates to share with you, we’ve highlighted the top features that we believe will provide the most significant benefits for you.

Care Control Cloud

Review the changes to our cloud-based application

Care Planning

  • NEW: You now have the ability to print Care Plan Reports directly from the Care Planning App. You can see how here.
  • NEW: Added ability to create a custom Marital Status drop-down list in the Personal Details section. You can see how here.
  • NEW: Added the ability to geolocate staff using their existing address. You can see how here.
  • NEW: Added an option for Behaviour Analysis in the Monitoring Analysis section. You can see how here.
  • NEW: You now have the ability to create an incident or accident from the Care Recording screen. You can see how to do this here.
  • Core Risk Assessments have been added, these include: Falls, Medication, Burns and Scalds, General, PEEPS, Movement and Bed Rail.

Admin

  • NEW: Added the ability to create a message group from the Alerts screen. You can see how here.
  • NEW: You can now turn on the ability for staff to see multiple rotas if they are a part of multiple site. You can see how here.
  • NEW: You now have the ability to perform Care Plan Corrections from within the Admin screen. You can see how to do so here.
  • NEW: You can now create One Time Codes within Cloud. You can see how to do so here.
  • Moved Care Planning Comments menu item to a drop-down within both Monitoring & Alerts and Analysis.
  • Fixed an issue with Bulk Upload Clients on domiciliary sites that was causing an error when uploading more than 100 clients.

HR

  • Fixed an issue where holiday hours were not being calculated correctly for Manager roles.
  • You can now add a decimal place in the Hours to Book section of Holidays within the HR app.
  • Fixed an issue where a staff member who had left would still be present in a print-out of a service user’s Care Plan.

Roster

  •  Fixed an issue where the check in/out time was not appearing correctly.

Organisational Management

  • Removed the Pharma access role.
General Performance Improvements
 
  • Fixed an issue where the Title field of Next of Kin was showing the staff member’s title instead.
  • Made performance improvements improvements to MyHub.
  • Corrected an issue where Checklist Analysis wasn’t showing for some Checklists.
  • Corrected an issue where About Me questions added through Cloud were not showing.
  • Fixed an issue with Organisation Structures not being able to be deactivated if they have child structures.
  • Corrected an issue where recording a custom form and entering a previous date would record the form with the current date.
  • Corrected how primary contacts are displayed in Fast Facts.
  • Updated the process for recording medication so that fluid intake records are not saved for 0mls.
  • Corrected an issue in Consolidated Invoicing where creating a monthly payment schedule for a specific date each month was creating a single payment period.
  • Fixed an issue where Bulk Starting monitoring was failing to return service users.
  • Fixed an issue where some mandatory training courses were not showing for staff in their Staff Record.

Care Control Pocket

Review the changes to our phone-based application

NEW: You now have the ability to view multiple rotas within Pocket. If a staff member is working across multiple sites they now have the ability to view all of their rotas in one place. You can check out how to do that here.
