New Look MyHub & Margo Chat

The new MyHub is getting a complete overhaul in its initial release, making it easier than ever to navigate, view items, and keep your staff informed with site-wide notifications.

In the second phase, you’ll be able to chat directly with Margo inside Care Control. Margo will provide instant help with the page you’re viewing or answer any questions you have about Care Control, right when you need it.

Our new CRM feature streamlines enquiry management from start to finish. Teams can capture enquiry details, record service user information, and log contact details with ease. Pre-assessments can be booked directly, while audit history and staff notes are tracked in one place. You can monitor enquiry status, choose the preferred site, view live bed availability, and quickly accept or reject clients. Powerful search and filtering tools help manage the entire enquiry pipeline, track site occupancy, view upcoming assessments, and generate insightful outcome reports, all in a single, seamless workflow.

View & Manage Handover Notes​

We’re introducing a smarter, more focused handover experience. At the start of a handover, you’ll be able to choose the Care Service Groups (CSGs) you want to focus on and instantly see the relevant staff — including those currently on shift or starting soon. Staff visibility always respects your access, so you’ll only ever see and select people linked to the CSGs you’re permitted to work with. Staff who’ve already received a handover are clearly highlighted, with simple filters to help you stay organised.

CSG selection adds helpful context without getting in the way. When you choose CSGs, that focus is clearly shown during the handover and later in your handover history. If you don’t select any CSGs, the handover is treated as general — keeping things clean and clutter-free. You can adjust CSG filters at any point, and staff selections will update intelligently, preserving valid choices while removing anything that no longer fits. The result is a smoother, clearer handover flow that adapts as you work.
