Accessing Care Control Academy
This guide will cover how staff members can register and access their courses on the Care Control Academy application.

After launching the Care Control Academy application, enter your Learning Code and press Continue.

Enter your unique staff PIN.

Your assigned courses will be displayed. Press Start to begin or continue your work.

A summary of the course will open. Press Continue.

The lesson summary will open, press Begin Lesson.

Watch the video in full to learn about the content of the lesson.
After doing so, press Next.

Answer the questions associated with the lesson content, make sure to read them carefully before answering.
Press Continue to move through the quiz.

After completion you will receive your quiz results.
Press Continue to move onto the next lesson.
