Additional Service User Licenses
This guide will cover how you can increase the number of service user licenses available on your system.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, navigate to the Add a New Service User tool, which can be found under the Client Area tab.

If you have run out of service user licenses, this window will open.
Here, you can see the current number of active licenses. To add more, simply select a number from the drop-down list and press Continue.
Your new license will be immediately available and our Accounts Team will be informed so that you can be charged accordingly.
Please note, this window only appears if all of your current licenses are in use. If you wish to increase your licenses in advance, please contact our Accounts team.
