Bulk Starting and Stopping Monitoring
This guide will cover how to bulk stop and start service user monitoring. This can be useful if a service user is away from the home for a period of time, for example, if they are hospitalized or staying with family.

In the Administration of Care Control Windows, open the Manage Monitoring tool, which can be found under the Common Options and Care Planning tabs.

Next, select the service user and press Bulk Start/Stop.

A new window will open, here, enter the reason for the change and press Process.

When the service user returns from their absence and requires monitoring to start again, follow the same steps as above and this time, enter the reason for return.
Press Process to complete the process.
