Completing a Care Review on Mobile
This guide will cover how to start and complete Care Reviews on Care Control Mobile.

After signing into Care Control Mobile, select Record Care Plan Information.

Here, select More Options.

A list of all monitoring areas will be displayed. Select Care Review.

Next, choose a service user and press Continue.

A list of recent Care Reviews for the selected service user will be displayed. To start a new one, press Start New Review.

A blank review will open. To begin, complete the first section by pressing the blue edit button.

Select the appropriate options and enter any further details if necessary. Press Save Changes to return to the review.

Next enter the service user weight and an overview of needs. Press Save Changes to return to the review.
Press Next to move on to the next section.

The next section of the review will open. In the same way as above, press the blue edit button to amend individual sections of the review. You can also link care notes and documents to each section by using the add (+) symbol on the right-hand side.

Adding a note will open a note search window where you can find notes to link to the care review section. Press Select Note to add it.

A similar window will open when adding a document.

You can navigate through the different sections of the review by opening the Care Review Section menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Continue to complete the review until all sections are done.
Note: the review saves after moving onto a new section.
