Health Score
This guide will cover how to access the System Health Score within the new Care Control Cloud platform – this score is an indicator for how much of the system you are using.

Within the Administration App dashboard, click on the System Usage Rating, which can be found along the top of the window.

A pop-up window will open. Here, a percentage figure and star rating will be displayed. This is a score based on how much of the system you are using.
You will also be able to see a breakdown of the scores at each of the sites within your organisation if relevant. Press the eye icon to view more information.

Here, a table of different areas within Care Control are displayed. Some areas are more heavily weighted in the scoring system than others.
You can improve your score by using the higher scoring areas of Care Control, as well as using more of the functionality generally.
