How to access your Care Control data extract
This will cover how to access the data extract you have been given.
Step 1:
You will need to make sure you have 7Zip or WinZip installed to perform the following steps.

Or download WinZip from this link
Once you have the folder downloaded, right click on the folder and press Show more options.
Now hover over 7-Zip and press Extract Here like below.
Step 2:
A screen asking for a password will now show up, please enter the password sent to you from Care Control.
Step 3:
Once you enter that password you will then be able to see a folder which contains the following files:
You have now opened your encrypted data extract. Please now open the CC Guide to Your Extract file for the next steps.
